The day starts with a train from Prague to Kutná Hora hl.n., and from there the first stop is Sedlec, closer to the station than the core itself. After the ossuary and the cathedral next to it, the way turns back towards the core, where the rest of the day belongs to St Barbara's Cathedral and the Italian Court, with Hrádek as an extra for anyone not running late.
From Sedlec to the core and back
Arrival from Prague at Kutná Hora hl.n., ČD train to Kutná Hora hl.n., then local train to Kutná Hora město, ticket €4.92.
The Sedlec ossuary, inside the Church of All Saints. Groups go in on a fixed slot, Apr–Sep 9–18; Oct & Mar 9–17; Nov–Feb 9–16, chapel time is capped at 30 min (chapel time limit), admission €9.02.
The Cathedral of the Assumption, next door in Sedlec, works on the same timed-entry system, admission €9.02.
Back towards the core, by local train to Kutná Hora město or on foot to hl.n.
St Barbara's Cathedral, walking the nave and the Corpus Christi chapel on the standard ticket, €7.38, open Apr–Oct 9–18; Jan–Feb 10–16; rest 10–17.
Lunch in the core; a beef goulash at a local restaurant runs €7.50.
The Italian Court, once the royal mint that struck the Prague groschen. Covering all three routes costs €9.02, open Apr–Sep 9–18; Oct–Mar 10–17; break 11:45–12:15.
If time is left: Hrádek, going underground into the medieval mine with a guide, €8.20, open Tue–Sun, hours vary by month (Jan 9–17), closed Monday.
Across the square past the Stone House and GASK, then back to the station for the train to Prague.

Hrádek is the one stop that isn't compulsory — skip it and the day shortens by about ninety minutes, with Sedlec, St Barbara's and the Italian Court still whole.
Hrádek and the Stone House have a closing day. The plan falls back on Sedlec, St Barbara's Cathedral and the Italian Court, losing nothing that wasn't optional anyway.

Before you go
Short answers to what people ask most before setting out.
Can Kutná Hora be done in a single day?
Yes, with a return to Prague the same evening. Sedlec, St Barbara's Cathedral and the Italian Court fit into the day without rushing; Hrádek is an extra only if time allows.
What changes on a Monday?
Hrádek and the Stone House are closed. Sedlec, St Barbara's Cathedral and the Italian Court run as on any other day.
Does anything need booking ahead?
The ossuary ticket is for a fixed time slot, so it's worth buying ahead or right after arriving at Kutná Hora hl.n. The other tickets are bought on the spot.
