Limski Bay
A narrow sea inlet cut into a rocky canyon north of town, known for shellfish and seafood restaurants along the shore. boat (panoramic excursion) reaches it, from 20 March to 15 October, running daily only from 10 June to 15 September; the trip takes 4 h (whole excursion), a return ticket €30.

Poreč
A town up the coast, with the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica on the UNESCO World Heritage list — it fits into half a day to a full day, depending on whether the visit stops at the basilica or stretches to the beach. coach (Arriva/Autotrans) reaches it, 43–50 min one way; €12–14 (2× one-way).
Bale
