Uvac in 2 days
Day one is on the water — a cruise, the vultures and the Ice Cave; day two is on foot, up to the Molitva viewpoint. The order flips the moment the weather ruins the boat trip.

The two days at Uvac pull in opposite directions: the first is on the water, a cruise to the Ice Cave past a colony of griffon vultures; the second is on foot, along the canyon to the Molitva viewpoint. The order has a reason — the boat trip gets cancelled in bad weather, the trail to the viewpoint does not.
A cruise, the vultures and the Ice Cave
Arrival at the start of the trip — Rastoke near Nova Varoš, or Krstac and Markova Ravan near Sjenica, depending on the approach. A car is essential to reach the village; no public transport runs there.
A cruise on Uvac Lake, €8.50 per person, about 3 h: griffon vultures above the canyon along the way, then the Ice Cave with €2.10 covering the reserve and the cave together. The slot is booked in advance.
The afternoon is free; overnight in Sjenica or the village of Kladnica, close to the reserve entrance.
The cruise runs only while the weather allows it — rain, hail, snow, strong wind or a storm cancels it on the spot. When the forecast looks like that, the two days swap: the walk to Molitva goes first, the cruise once the weather settles.

A walk to the Molitva viewpoint
Setting off from Markova Ravan towards the Molitva viewpoint: a marked trail of about five kilometres each way, moderate difficulty, past Devojačka Stena. It starts early because the trail has no shade.
The Molitva viewpoint, at 1,247 metres: €0.85, part of the general reserve entry. Devojačka Stena sits along the way, €0.85, the same ticket.
Back down the same trail to Markova Ravan.
The cruise covers the vultures, the cave and the meanders from the water, in three hours — no five-kilometre walk. Pick it when there isn't time for both days.
Before you go
Short answers to what people ask most before setting out.
Can the two days be swapped?
Yes — if the forecast is poor for the first day's cruise, the walk to Molitva goes first instead, since it does not depend on the weather on the water.
Is a car required?
yes. Public transport reaches Sjenica or Nova Varoš, but not the villages at the reserve entrance.
What happens if the cruise is cancelled for weather?
The boat trip is cancelled for rain, hail, snow, strong wind or a storm — by the reserve's official price list, not a guide's judgement call.
