What spoils the half day

  • Expecting to reach the beach on foot. Since 2026 the Queen's Beach has been reserved for hotel guests from 8am to 8pm; without a booking it's only seen from the path.
  • Arriving without cash for the bus. The local line from Budva charges the fare to the driver, in cash.
  • Leaving the last bus back to chance. Departures run every ten minutes, but the last one in the evening is worth checking before heading to the beach or the monastery.
