What Cinque Terre costs
The bill for Cinque Terre is made by the night in Monterosso, and the path and the Cinque Terre Card add to it.
- Hostel
- €19–45 per bed
- Hotel 3*
- €54–82 per person
- Meal in a restaurant
- €14

The biggest item is the night, followed by the trip from Pisa and entry to the Via dell'Amore. The car is not counted, because in this region it is not used.
Prices line by line
Everything per person, in euros. The day is the same basket across the site: a bed, two meals, city transport and admissions.
The bill is broken by accommodation: the difference between a dormitory bed and a hotel room is larger than all the entry tickets together, because the villages have no paid entrances and only the paths are paid. The Via dell'Amore costs €10 (with Cinque Terre Card), €17.50 standalone, so anyone walking several paths counts the card too.

Where to save
A walk through all the villages is free, and the inland path through Volastra is free. The biggest saving is a night in La Spezia, and the second is one restaurant meal a day instead of two.
