Where to stay in Flic-en-Flac
The same beach or the bay next to it — here the part of the coast is chosen by the price per person per night, not by the stars.
- Village, three stars
- €41–59 per person per night
- Tamarin
- €66–67 per person per night
- Wolmar, five stars
- €182–265 per person per night

Where to stay in Flic-en-Flac comes down to price, because the sand is the same: Wolmar, the southern end of the same beach with its five-star hotels, costs about four and a half times as much per person as a three-star hotel in the village. Tamarin, the next bay south of Wolmar, costs a little more than the village.
Wolmar against the village — about four and a half times as much. Per person per night, taken as half the price of a double room; averages from Kayak and momondo.
The village — the lowest price on the beach
Three-star hotels and flats sit in the streets behind the beach, and you cross the coast road to reach the sand. Everything outside the hotels — the shops and the restaurants — is here, so it is the choice when you eat out and when the stay is long.
Wolmar — five stars on the same beach
The southern part of the beach belongs to the big hotels, among them the Hilton Mauritius and Sands Suites, each with its own stretch of sand. There is no village around them: the shops and restaurants are at the northern end of the beach.
Tamarin — the next bay
South of Wolmar, on Tamarin bay, hotels are closer to village prices than to Wolmar's, and the three-star Veranda Tamarin looks straight onto the bay. Choose it when being on the bay matters more than being on Flic-en-Flac's long beach.

Before you book
- Prices per room. Booking sites show the price of a double room; everything here is per person, half of that.
- 'Five minutes from the sea'. Five minutes along the coast road is not the same as across from the sand — check the address on the map, not the description.
